After Aamir Khan, Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu is the latest celebrity to join microblogging site Twitter.
The actress, whose username on Twitter is “bipsluvurself”, announced her entry saying, “Hello guys! late entry in twitterverse but nevertheless am here now. A big thank you to all my fans for helping me become who I am today.”
“I am happy to be here and hope I get to share my experiences better with you all now. But, I need to hear from you all too,” she added.
Bipasha got a warm welcome from her “Lamhaa” co-star Kunal Kapoor.
“If you are wondering why its suddenly getting so hot on twitter, its cause Bipasha is now on @bipsluvurself.. Phew, the temp (temperature) is really rising!!”

Bips made a bakra
This feat couldn’t be pulled off by any other person other than Akshay Kumar. The Khiladi, who is a known prankster in Bollywood, got another name in his long list of bakras. And this time, it was Bipasha Basu’s turn. Akshay was shooting for an ad at a film studio in the suburbs when Bipasha, who was there for Rohan Sippy’s film, learned of his presence. Being a friend, she went across to meet Akki but couldn’t locate him.
Akshay, who was dressed as an old man, stood right in front of Bips but didn’t reveal his identity. This went on for a good half-anhour and it was only when Akshay saw the frustration on her face, that he revealed himself !

Bipasha Basu to get real with prostitute!
After portraying an unconventional character in Pankh, the actress is yet another working with director Sudipto Chattopadhyaya. This time Bips would be playing a prostitute living in Kolkata’s largest red light area called Sonagachi.
In the movie, Bipasha nurses a child, who is a victim of pedophilia. Sudipto is leaving no stones unturned to make his movie as realistic as possible. The grapevine suggests that the filmmaker has roped in some real-life prostitutes who will play themselves in the movie.
Pankh narrates a story about a little boy in the film industry who masquerades as a girl to become a child star but later faces an identity crisis and eventually turns into a drug abuser.
